Position Summary

This position is responsible for controlling entry to our ticketed athletics events and special events by taking tickets, checking passes, swiping and verifying student ID’s as well as performing a general inspection of all patrons including bag inspections.This position also is responsible for maintaining a general understanding of the facility in order to answer general patron questions and direct them to their seats. This position will also be utilized to sell tickets or work pass lists and will call windows at the box office for ticketed athletics events and special events.

Required Qualifications

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent and may be subject to a criminal background check due to university policies.

Individual should demonstrate excellent customer service, organization, and cash handling skills.
