Position Summary

The Department of Mathematics at the College of William and Mary seeks applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in statistics or related areas.
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Statistics or a related field by August 2018.
The regular teaching expectation is two courses per semester with most classes capped at 35 students.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field at the time of appointment (August 10, 2018).

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate excellence in research and teaching. Previous experience in teaching and mentoring successful undergraduate and/or graduate research is preferred.
