Position Summary

This position will help coordinate the operational and administrative activities of
the football program. These duties will range from interacting with current players, prospective players, team travel, recruiting material, to assisting with the Colonial All Pro Football Camp.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database, preferably Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated proficiency with technical applications, Microsoft Office suite and enterprise student information system required.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and use initiative. Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Yearly successful completion of NCAA compliance certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree.
CPR certified.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Photoshop.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner or similar systems.

Advertised Pay Range Up to approximately $31,000 with experience.

Conditions of Employment:

• Work schedule includes frequent evenings and weekends as well as overnight
travel to sport events.
• Must meet physical requirements for the job, including the ability to withstand extreme weather conditions for prolonged periods of time.
• Must pass yearly NCAA Certification.
• This is a non-exempt position, eligible to receive overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position may be subject to overtime during high peak times, etc. as directed and approved by the supervisor.
• Travel, including overnight travel, is required.
• This is a restricted position subject to availability of funding.
