Position Summary

The Department of History at the College of William and Mary is recruiting a pool of persons to be considered for possible adjunct teaching positions. This pool will be accessed ONLY when an opening arises and is based on funding. Your credentials will remain active as long as this pool is available. If you are still interested once this pool is closed, you must resubmit your application materials to the most current adjunct pool.

Required Qualifications

Successful completion of all doctoral coursework in an accredited History PhD program or closely related field such as European Studies or Asian Studies.

Preferred Qualifications

A Doctor of Philosophy degree in History or in a closely related field, and previous experience teaching History at the College level.
