Position Summary

The Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary is seeking to fill a Business Analytics position in the Operations Management and Information Systems (OMIS) area. This is a tenure-eligible position. Candidates should have a terminal degree in information systems, operations management, industrial engineering, operations research, business analytics, or related fields. The position begins in August 2018 and is contingent on funding.

Required Qualifications

An earned doctoral degree in information systems, information technology, operations management, industrial engineering, operations research, business analytics, or related and prior teaching experience is required.

The successful candidate should be willing and able to teach courses in operations management, information systems, information technology, computer science, statistics, and business analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should have an academic record consistent with appointment as
a tenured full professor. Industry experience in operations management and/or business analytics, while not required, is desirable. Candidates with a proven record of excellence in research will be given preference in the selection process.
